Track and Field -- OFSAA Regionals
Tomorrow (and Saturday) 5 of our Track and Field Athletes will travel to OFSAA Regionals. This includes Justin McNamara for Steeple Chase; Amy Koomans for High Jump; Nate Dam for Hurdles; Adeleene Thompson for High Jump; and Carolyn Prins for Long jump, Triple jump, and 100 metres. Go Flames!!
