Travel forms and money for soccer players due by Thursday

So now that we finally have our drivers and chaperones sorted out (Thanks to those of you helping with this), we could figure out expenses...

Please note that all soccer players have been given a copy of the travel form to be signed by parents and the notice of how much money is required.  Boys' is $42 and Girls $38.  Cheques payable to CCS.
Coaches have digital copies of these documents so if you have lost your's, ask your coach to email it to you or there are a few extra copies on the Athletic Bulletin Board. 

These are due to Mrs. Smith by Thursday.
